Jobs announcement at Symantec

The D15 Chamber today welcomed the announcement that Symantec is to create 60 new jobs in their Ballycoolin facility.
"This is great news for the locality," said David Donnelly President of D15 Chamber.
"It again reinforces Ireland as being very well positioned for Foreign Direct Investment and why it so important to maintain our Corporation Tax rate at 12.5%. This tax rate coupled with a highly educated and flexible workforce gives us many advantages despite the challenges in other areas that the country faces. Symantec’s investment is an endorsement of the many positive and competitive aspects of the Irish economy."
